I first discovered yoga in 2008 with an open mind and heart, exploring my journey towards the great divine.
In 2012 my practice grew and became consistent as I found that it was through yoga that I could cultivate inner peace, balance, and
tranquility, amongst a naturally busy lifestyle.
As a mother of 3 small children, I am constantly engaged in the acrobatics of motherhood and life, striving towards balance and wholeness. I am motivated by the curiosity and compassion for other like-minded individuals, searching for their own sources of inspiration.
Naturally, in May of 2013, my path lead me to the Yandara Institute of Yoga, in Baja, Mexico, where I had the beautiful opportunity to learn and train with amazing men and women from all over the world. I am now trained and inspired to teach, Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa Flow as well as meditation, while creating a
space for yoginis to find their true selves through asana and meditation.
My personal mission is to create an environment for people to find quiet and calmness of the mind, while encouraging them to be free to explore the boundaries of who they really are.
Knowing that everyone is on their own journey, I believe that we can collectively get each other to where we want to be.
